Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Screenshot Pilot ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Screenshot Pilot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Screenshot Pilot is a web-based application that enables users to create, design, localize, and export app store screenshots for mobile applications. The Service includes:

• Screenshot design and editing tools
• Device frame templates
• Automated translation and localization features
• Export functionality for various device sizes
• Cloud storage for projects

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features including unlimited projects, advanced localization, and priority support.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. User Content and Ownership

5.1 Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to content you upload or create ("User Content")
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates the privacy or rights of others

5.3 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, templates, and software, is owned by Screenshot Pilot and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss
• We reserve the right to impose usage limits or restrictions

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and User Content. You remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission or storage

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access to your account

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Screenshot Pilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Firebase, OpenAI, Lemon Squeezy, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe content on our Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@screenshotpilot.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

14. Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Screenshot Pilot.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16.5 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
